- The KWSQA reserves the right to cancel the conference at any time prior to the start of the conference; please see our cancellation policy at https://kwsqa.org/about/cancellation-policies/
- Your sponsorship of Targeting Quality is not confirmed until we receive this completed Sponsor Sign Up form, as well as payment for the package you would like to purchase
- The link to complete payment will be sent once your Sponsorship application has been reviewed
- Sponsorship is subject to KWSQA Board approval and availability of sponsorship package
